Hi Everyone,
Did you all have a nice Valentine's Day? We sold a lot of our chocolate
suckers and hand dipped candies. I really like this holiday. Everyone
needs a little chocolate now and then! We'll probably bring out the
candy making "stuff" come Mother's Day again. The way time flies, that
will be here before you know it.

PREORDERED BUFFALO: I am picking up the buffalo tomorrow. Yahoo!
We'll have it sorted and in both stores Tuesday morning. Remember the
truck doesn't get to Falon until about 11:00 a.m. It should be
available in Monument by 9:30 a.m. I think I'll be doing another
preorder for buffalo very soon as we won't have as much on the shelf as
I was hoping. Would you mind if we do another preorder sale on buffalo
soon? I really don't want to bug you guys too much. But then, this
isn't something you have to do, but it's a service to those who do.

BITHELL FRUIT & FISH SALE: The ordering is going well for the Bithell
fruit. You still have until Feb. 24th to order and prepay. I can't be
assured that all the fish on the Bithell list is 100% wild so if you'd
feel more comfortable ordering later this week on our Taste of Life fish
sale, please do that.

FISH PREORDER SALE: Yup, it's another preorder deal. I thought I'd
wait awhile to do the fish deal because I didn't want to overdo on these
sales. But, so many people are anxious for this so I will call our
supplier, get prices and post the info on the website by mid to late
this week. I think I'll only offer about 2 weeks to order because I
don't want the fish prices changing on us. I'm hoping we'll have a very
nice variety to choose from. We should be able to get salmon, halibut,
cod, snapper, tuna, and swordfish. If there is another variety that you
want me to check into, please email me back right away and I'll check
into it.

CAJUN FOOD THIS WEEK: This week Thursday we'll be receiving Cajun
Fettucine made with andouille sausage and peppers in a creamy sauce.
Come in for a sample.

CASTLE ROCK CO-OP: Well, it's ordering week again. If you have a
friend in Castle Rock that would like to benefit from the items in our
store, let them know they can get their groceries brought to Castle Rock
for their convenience. Go online and check it out. This order will be
for delivery on Wednesday, Feb. 25th. If you desire cases of chicken or
produce then ordering by this Wednesday is imperitive otherwise you have
until Friday night.

BALLOONS?? This coming Saturday you can shop with us in either store
and you will find special balloons. You can pick out a balloon, pop it
and find a coupon to use that day for your grocery shopping. We'll have
quite a variety of coupons ranging from free dinners, nice discounts and
each store will have one coupon that is a $25 shopping spree. Will you
be the lucky shopper? There will be one balloon per family. We'll have
the coffee on, the samples warming and good conversation flowing. Mark
your calendar to join us in the fun!

Here's a little progress report on our little stores. We made it
through the month of January!! That is a huge Praise the Lord! January
is usually a very unique month for shoppers as everyone is recovering
from Christmas monies being spent, and then with this economy, it was
quite a challenge. Not only do we have a faithful God but we have
amazing customers! You guys are so awesome! This weekend proved to be
a wonderful sales weekend thanks to all of you. Have I told you before
that we believe we've got the best customers in Colorado? And I just
need to thank you all again for being willing to shop co-op style with
our preordering system with cash and check sales. Our family really
enjoys what we do from the cooking, the chicken "bagging", the baking,
to the retailing. Your faithfulness is what keeps us going. Our goal
is to keep supplying you with the best products for the most affordable
prices possible. I guess what really "floats our boat" is knowing that
families sit around the table more often when they purchase our dinners
and take the time to eat together. That is something that was always
important to our family as the kids were growing up. We love helping
parents use the dinner hour to connect with the kids and keep in touch.
